Description
The memorial site set up at Golani Junction lies on a rocky hill overlooking a spectacular pine forest. The combatants of the Golani brigade fought fierce battles in this region during the Independence War. During the Yom Kippur War, the "Golani" Brigade lost 126 fighters in the bloody battles on the Golan front. The museum commemorates those who fell in the line of duty and tells the story of their battles and their current exercises and security tasks.
