Kibbutz Yad-Mordehai was the first in cultivating the desert. After the declaration of Independence it was attacked by the Egyptian troops. The exposition in the open air tells about that heroic fight. The kibbutz was named after Mordehai Anilevich – the leader of revolt in Warsaw ghetto. You can visit apiary and its shop.
