Description
Museum presents chapters in the history of the Jews of Babylon over a period
of 2700 years, from the time of their exile from the Land of Israel (721-586 BCE) until their
return to the State of Israel by Operation "Ezra and Nehemia" (1950-1952). The ethnographic exhibition
shows the life style of the Jews of Iraq, their customs and manners, art and culture.
