The Founders Room

Description
The Founders Room Museum of the Pioneers at Yad Lebanim depicts the period between 1912 and 1936 the year when the British Mandate officially recognized Raanana as a local council. The exhibition tries to show the range of activities that kept Raananas first settlers busy from dawn till dusk. Unfortunately, space limitations forced us to carefully select just a few of the pioneering achievements of Raananas first residents. We hope that in the future, we will have a permanent home in which to present a large exhibition showing the transformation of Raanana from a tiny village with a few huts to the busting, dynamic town that it is today.
